    Do I need to have a very clear idea before contacting you?

    No. Most people who come to us have an intention, not a finished design. A reference, an emotion, the certainty that you don't want something off the shelf. That's enough. The initial consultation exists to listen to you and help you shape it. You don't have to come with answers, just with the desire to create something of your own.

    How do I know the final result will be what I imagined?

    Before manufacturing anything, you will receive a detailed 3D render of your piece. You will be able to see exactly how it looks, review proportions, adjust anything you need, and approve every detail with complete confidence. There are no surprises at the end. What you approve is what is created.

    How much does a custom piece of jewelry cost?

    Each piece is unique, so the price depends on the design, materials, and the complexity of the process. What we can tell you is that during the initial consultation, you will receive a clear, no-obligation estimate, so you can make an informed decision. There are no hidden costs or surprises halfway through the process. We understand that you are investing in something important, and we treat it as such.

    How long does it take to create a custom piece of jewelry?

    The entire process, from the initial consultation to the finished piece, usually takes between 15 and 20 days, depending on the design and materials chosen. We work with clear deadlines and keep you informed at every stage. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know from the beginning, and we'll factor it in from the start.
